Amelie from Woodlands

We celebrated Grandma’s birthday at the Turquoise Room at Lock Road. It’s a little Italian restaurant tucked away at Gilman Village. And the food is pretty good. We had a really good time.

The cunning plan to exhaust the girls before the dinner worked to a certain extent. While Estelle was pretty happy to sit in her high chair, Amelie was too tired and started to get cranky… And besides, she had no share of the yummy food. Poor baby.

She had to content herself with looking at the food most of the time…

And finally, she managed to con Grandma into carrying her…

Amelie’s first outing to the Botannical Gardens (which was in fact her 2nd trip, the first one had to be aborted due to a logistical issue… her mum forgot to bring diapers and she did a bomb in the car… sigh.)

Anyway, Amelie was pretty patient despite the humidity and the fact that she was trapped in her pram most of the time.

Towards the end of the trip… little missy even started to yawn!
